We offer one worship service at 10 AM on Sundays , featuring reading, a children’s message, preaching, prayer, and music. At times, you will be invited to stand, sing, pray, greet your neighbor, be in silence, or read responsively. We share joys and concerns and close the service with our special hymn, Shalom. Our worship service is video recorded in its entirety and shown on Local Access in Madison Channel 18 on Wednesday at 10am and again on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. (subject to change at the discretion of the television station). Communion is held the first Sunday of the month in the sanctuary and for the children as part of the Sunday school service. Gluten free wafers are available. On all other Sundays, we encourage our children to join us in the Sanctuary to hear the Children’s Message before leaving together for Sunday school.
Children and families of all sorts are welcome and cherished at NMCC. Childcare is available during our Sunday service at 10:00 a.m. Church School programs are offered on Sundays for children in kindergarten through high school. More details are available on the Families With Children page.
After each worship service, Fellowship Hall is open for a time of fellowship and refreshment. We invite you to stick around for a snack or beverage, strike up a conversation, and make some new friends!
