Community Sponsored Events

NMCC provides an inviting, safe place where local organizations can meet and welcome members of the community to join them:  AA, Alanon, LaLeche League and the Scranton Library.  NMCC also provides sponsorship for Cub Scout Pack 495.

AA and Alanon

Meetings are held in the Community Room; the entrance is on the rear side of our building. Take the walkway from the parking lot on the right side of the church. Meeting times:

o AA meets Wednesdays at 8:00pm; Sundays at 7:30pm
o Alanon meets Thursdays at 7:00am; Saturdays at 8:00am

 LaLeche League

Meets monthly on the 3rd Saturday of the month in Fellowship Hall, located to the right of the main building.  Enter through the door facing Route 79.   2019 meetings:  May 18, June 15, July 20, August 17, September 21, October 19, November 16, December 21.

Scranton Library

While construction is taking place at the Scranton Library in downtown Madison, enjoy these classes and events at NMCC, near the temporary library in North Madison.   See below for meeting room access.

Cub Scout Pack 495

Cub Scout Pack 495 is chartered by North Madison Congregational Church.   As an NMCC Ministry, a member of our congregation signs renewal paperwork to keep the charter current, participates in safety training and undergoes a background check.  Our representative is Tom Lauher.
